Jenell Ward gave me a wellness check-up. She previously worked in Dr. Gundamraj's office. We had a very nice visit and she hopes that I will request her to visit next year.
Janice came with curry dishes and a pudding made with chia seeds. It was quite filling; enough to save for later.
I printed all the July Birthday cards.
