I got the warmest reception at breakfast this morning. Terri Miller hugged me warmly, Russ Langford got my coffee, and Jackie Haessley gave me a long squeeze. We lingered at breakfast longer than usual.
My grocery order was due between 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Jackie said that she received text messages informing her of the progress. I started waiting a little after 1, until about 2:30. When I did get a message, it asked how did I like my delivery. Did they deliver it to my room? Then, I saw plastic bags by the reception desk. My order! It must have been there an hour.
I put everything in my big cart and took it to my apartment. There were a lot of plastic bags. Everything was just fine, but I ordered four Gala apples, not a bag. This was the most effortless grocery shopping that I ever did.
Amazon also delivered organic coffee beans and squeezable cat treats; Dolly had a wonderful treat.
I gathered a bundle of reusable bags for Kinship that I'll donate with a box of Cheerios on Sunday.
I started a variegated brown shawl and made a little pocket square.
