Movie Monday

We have a new fitness schedule since our leader Jerry has a new job and can't lead us on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  Now it's Mondays and Fridays at 9:30 a.m.  That meant we could not linger at breakfast, but Jerry's classes are worth it.  I feel so much more flexible.

I did a load of laundry and read the Bible assignment.

I relaxed on the blue armchair and fell fast asleep.

When the phone call woke me up, I didn't know what time it was.  Peter was waiting to pick me up for the movie at South Shore Cinema.  I was so rushed I thought I was going to pass out rushing to get to the front door.

We got to the theatre in plenty of time; all the pre-movie promotions took a lot of time.  I enjoyed "Song Sung Blue"; Peter thought it was too long.

A couple sitting in our row were searching for something with a flashlight for the longest time.  Peter was gone to the restroom and I put on my coat and took my purse.  As I'm leaving I notice that it was not my purse, but the woman's; that's what they were looking for.  In the dark the zippers were so similar that I even put my handkerchief in her purse.
