Zach had more strenuous activities, longer and with weight on my legs. It seemed simple enough, but I felt it later.
I went to see South Pacific and didn't know how to sit or where to put my legs. My upper legs are very sore. I took a couple of Tylenol that I bought when I picked up my prescription. I hope it helps. I think I'm in for a miserable night.
